All products are shipped RTA (Ready to Assemble). Easy-to-follow photo instructions are included. Assembly time averages approximately one hour for the smallest product and up to three hours for the largest. Tools required: Phillips screwdriver and crescent wrench. A Phillips drill bit is included for use with an electric drill. All components are precision cut, pre-drilled, and sanded. All hardware is included.

The bridge wasn't all redwood like I understood had to stain it with redwood stain otherwise it would have shown two different woods.

The box arrived well packaged. Instructions for assembly were very clear and easy to follow. The holes were predrilled, even the specific drill bits were included. Although it took several hours, once assembled its looks fantastic. Very study, quality construction. It adds the finishing touch to our garden.

Q1: What is the distance between the poles?
A: The distance between the posts is going to be the span. Model 2304 (4') Span 34"; Model 2306 (6') Span 46"; Model 2308 (8') Span 66"; Model 2310 (10') Span 80".
Q2: What is the bridge made of?
A: Mostly Cedar. Yellow pine is used for support and Birch is used for small accents.
Q3: Where is the height being measured from?
A: The height is measured at the center of the bridge from the bottom of the ground to the top of the finial ball, that is the overall height.
Q4: Why does the longer bridges hold more weight?
A: The maximum weight load increases with the larger bridges because the product is 30 to 40 percent larger, allowing for the additional weight.
Q5: Does this bridge meet the American Disability Act and OSHA Codes?
A: All the garden bridges we sell are bridges that you would put in your backyard and are not intended for corporate use.
